Twenty years ago today thousands of lives were changed forever in London.
At 8:49am a bomb went off at Edgware Road station followed by two further explosions on Tube trains and one on a bus taking the lives of 52 people and injuring more than 700.

Over the past 30 years, skin cancer cases have risen faster than any other type of cancer in the UK.

This month, Teenage Cancer Trust is working with Melanoma Focus to raise awareness of the dangers of sunbeds and to urge everyone to stay away from them. Sunbeds have been classified as carcinogenic since 2009 meaning that they can cause cancer, and the rise in young people using them is worrying.

The damage done to your skin when you’re young could lead to skin cancer developing in later life, but we can all still enjoy the sunshine safely if we take some simple steps.
