Our restaurant, the Antica Trattoria is located in Olbia, near the famous beaches of Costa Smeralda in Sardinia. In the heart of Olbia, just round the corner from Viale Aldo Moro shopping area and Saturday's street market, the port and international airport. We offer a wide selection of fish, meat and seafood. Our wide appetizer buffet changes daily and of course, pizza and homemade desserts such as Tiramisu - prepared personally by Anna-Maria. Fresh ingredients from local suppliers are prepared by our chefs to finest sardinian and mediterranean meals. Our meals are complemented by a fine selection of excellent and DOC wines of Sardinia. We offer a cozy, rustic and elegant atmosphere and a large outdoor terrace in front of our restaurant. We invite you to have lunch or a lovely candle light dinner. In Italia (e non solo) c’è un pregiudizio curioso:
se un’idea è chiara, veloce e digitale → è “troppo facile per essere legale”.
Se invece è complicata, piena di carte e tempi infiniti → allora dev’essere seria.

Ma la verità è che la burocrazia barocca non è un segno di professionalità: è un retaggio feudale, un confine che serve solo a chi vuole mantenere il potere in poche mani.

Il futuro non ha bisogno di muri: ha bisogno di chiarezza, velocità e competenze reali.
Diffidare di ciò che non si conosce è naturale.
Rifiutarsi di capirlo è una scelta.
