With the rise of AI tools, employees may begin using unsanctioned AI applications for personal or work-related tasks without approval from their organisations. This “shadow AI” can pose significant risks, including data leaks, unvetted algorithms influencing decisions, or unauthorised access to sensitive company information.

This session will examine how organizations can manage the risks associated with employees using AI outside of official company tools, how to detect and govern shadow AI, and the compliance challenges that come with this growing trend.

Met Fiona and Rachel at ALBA recently and we had a deep and meaningful conversation about what support is available for women in the financial services.

Misogyny, ageism, menopause, juggling family and home life, effects of pandemic on wellbeing, comparison to male counterparts, audit season etc the list goes on
All of this whilst making crucial decisions whilst tired burnout.

Burn out isn’t resilience
More support is needed for this sector and I’m all for it- are you?

“What's Occurring?”

Well I shall tell you what was occurring for a few Welsh contingents last week As members of the we attended the monthly members event with founder and featuring Sir Bradley Wiggins.

Hosted by 's Restaurant in Central London - The hospitality was on point, lunch was amazing, and topped off by fabulous company from the usual suspects Lisa Redmore , Dawn Evans and Darrell Irwin

Business possibilities are endless when you venture out and do in person at quality events. You can hear the background, the buzz of 200 businesses in the room all there with the same purpose.
