POP ART is our cover story as we examine how British Pop Artists ignited the Swinging Sixties in the UK and how the art world and the pop world intersected throughout that decade and into the next. The visionary Pop Artist Derek Boshier was interviewed for the story.

They've carefully weaved a delicate balance between the rawness and energy from bands like Dinosaur Jr. and Fugazi, with the care and vulnerability heard in The Cure and Billy Bragg. Resulting in a unique combination of intimacy and abrasion.

The Moonlight Sirens is a unique, all-female five-piece band playing songs from the 1920s to the 1960s. Their sound combines sass, sophistication and just a hint of sleaze. Singer Patsy Dee has assembled a group of young talents comprising Karolina Zdziarska on lead guitar, Joey Hill on rhythm guitar and backing vocals, Tomika Mitchell on bass, and Meredith Brown on drums and backing vocals.

Worse, the “de minimis exemption” that had allowed goods valued at $800 or less to enter the US without attracting any fees is also going away. They assure us that “Duty Paid” shipments will go straight to you with no addition costs, but as with all of this mess, no one can predict what’s next.
