🚨 Marvel fans, this "confirmed deaths" list circulating online needs a serious reality check.

The list names Alfred Molina's Doctor Octopus, Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin, Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man, Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, Sebastian Stan's Bucky Barnes, Hayley Atwell's Peggy Carter, James Rogers, Ian McKellen's Magneto, Patrick Stewart's Professor X, James Marsden's Cyclops, Chris Hemsworth's Thor, Mystique, Nightcrawler, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, Ghost and Shuri.

IMPORTANT: As of October 1, 2026, Marvel Studios has NOT officially confirmed this specific death list. Current reporting describes these circulating death claims as unverified leaks and rumours, and in fact scoopers have actively disputed some of them, with reports specifically saying Maguire's Spider-Man and Jackman's Wolverine do not die in the film. Marvel's official Doomsday material confirms the film and its announced cast, not these character deaths.

Avengers: Doomsday is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and hits theatres December 18, 2026.

🦸 A closer look at the stars of James Gunn's Superman.

The film, written and directed by James Gunn, marked the launch of the new DC Universe on the big screen and hit theatres on July 11, 2025. It became the first live-action feature in the rebooted DCU, following years of anticipation after Gunn and Peter Safran took over DC Studios.

🤖 RUMOUR: Could Doctor Doom recruit Ultron?

A new rumour claims Doctor Doom could reportedly recruit Ultron at the end of Marvel Television's VisionQuest, potentially setting up another connection to the MCU's larger story.

Marvel has officially confirmed that James Spader is returning as Ultron in VisionQuest, his first appearance in the role since 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron, while Robert Downey Jr. is set to play Doctor Doom in Avengers: Doomsday. However, Marvel has NOT confirmed that Doom recruits Ultron, so this remains strictly a rumour with no authoritative source behind it.

VisionQuest, described as the final chapter in the story that began with WandaVision and continued in Agatha All Along, premieres on Disney+ on October 14, 2026.

Could Ultron actually become one of Doom's allies?

🦸 NEW: According to insider Jeff Sneider, David Corenswet will continue playing Superman for at least the next 10 years.

Regardless of what happens with the ongoing Paramount-Warner Bros. merger talks, DC Studios reportedly has no plans to recast the character, meaning fans can expect to see Corenswet in the role for the foreseeable future.

This comes amid a genuinely uncertain period for Warner Bros., with Paramount Skydance pursuing an acquisition and WBD having rejected multiple offers so far. Corenswet has become a central face of the rebooted DCU since taking over the role in 2025.

Nothing has been officially confirmed by DC Studios, so treat this as a reported claim for now.

🧟 Somehow, we're talking about Left 4 Dead 3 again.

Fresh rumours have reignited speculation around Valve's legendary co-op shooter, but there's still no official confirmation that a new Left 4 Dead is actually being made. Valve has previously confirmed exploring "next-gen opportunities" for the series years ago, including some early Source 2 testing, but has repeatedly stated nothing is actively in development.

So while the franchise has been quiet for years, and Valve has shot down these rumours more than once before, the door hasn't completely disappeared either.

Imagine four players, a new campaign, updated infected, and that classic "we're definitely not making it out alive" energy.

Would you jump back into Left 4 Dead 3?

🌙 RUMOUR: According to The Cosmic Circus, Moon Knight could appear in Marvel Studios' Midnight Sons film and potentially make a cameo in Daredevil: Born Again Season 3.

Scooper Alex Perez has suggested that the path Khonshu set Moon Knight on could eventually lead him to New York, hinting at a possible Daredevil appearance, while also noting Midnight Sons remains the other direction being floated for the character.

Oscar Isaac has previously confirmed he's spoken with Marvel about a Midnight Sons movie, telling press he sees "an interesting opportunity" there. However, his solo series isn't expected to get another season anytime soon.

Nothing has been officially confirmed by Marvel Studios, so treat this as a rumour for now.

âš¡ RUMOUR: It's being reported that Earth-616's Wanda Maximoff might return in Avengers: Doomsday.

Scoopers including DanielRPK and MyTimeToShineHello have claimed Elizabeth Olsen took part in Doomsday reshoots, though Marvel hasn't confirmed this. It's worth noting other reports suggest any returning version of Wanda could actually be a different multiverse variant, not necessarily the Earth-616 Wanda fans know, and possibly not even played by Olsen.

Olsen herself has given mixed answers in recent interviews, at various points saying she hasn't been contacted and that "nothing has been agreed on," while also staying open to a return.

Wanda was last seen seemingly sacrificing herself to destroy the Darkhold at the end of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, so her exact fate remains genuinely unresolved either way.

Would you want Elizabeth Olsen's Earth-616 Wanda back for Doomsday?

🟢 RUMOUR: There's chatter online that Eric Bana could return as his version of Hulk in Avengers: Doomsday, which would honestly be incredible.

Worth tempering expectations here though. When Marvel insider Alex Perez was directly asked about Bana's involvement in Secret Wars, he said plainly: "I haven't heard anything about Eric Bana." And Bana himself has been consistent for years about having no interest in returning to the role, previously saying, "I approached it as a one-off," and that he wasn't even asked to reprise the part for The Incredible Hulk.

So while there's definitely buzz among fans, nothing has been confirmed by actual insiders, and the limited reporting that does exist points away from it rather than toward it.

What do you guys think, would you want to see Bana's Hulk back?
