Satoshi Hashimoto was commissioned by DOCOMO BUSINESS, a subsidiary of Japan’s largest mobile network, to design and animate a character for a national commercial promoting their business services.

The brief called for a clean, relatable male office worker—an everyman character with broad appeal.

Satoshi delivered a design that balanced clarity, charm, and accessibility, bringing personality to a familiar role.

We first discovered Brasseria in Notting Hill during the pandemic, and it quickly became one of our favourite go-to spots in London. It’s one of those warm and inviting places where you can relax for hours, enjoying great food, wine, and chatting an afternoon away.

So when the reached out to collaborate with on new visuals, of course, we were thrilled to say... YES!

And here they are, crafted in the same spirit as Brasseria. Simone’s work beautifully captures both character and elegance.
