A new tool to find out how specific arbitration-related issue is regulated in the specific jurisdiction: the World Atlas of Arbitration is now on paper. It is a new format of arbitration publications. https://arbitrationatlas.com/
The project is led by editors Roman Kramařík and Tomáš Král. Both are international arbitration practitioners from the Czech Republic and authors of the "Paranol Pills" against due process paranoia.

Давыденко Д.Л. Мировая сделка как поименованный договор в гражданском кодексе: зарубежный опыт и возможности рецепции (полный текст кратких тезисов)
Регулирование внесудебного мирового соглашения лишь общими нормами права договоров недостаточно. С одной стороны, оно оттал­кивает участников частноправового оборота от урегулирования споров вне суда: к достигнутому ими мировому соглашению будут применять­ся лишь общие нормы права, в результате чего главная цель сторон – устранение неопределенности в их правоотношениях – не будет до­стигнута, поскольку они не будут знать ни точные правовые последствия заключения такого договора, ни исход спора, который может возник­нуть из самого мирового соглашения. С другой стороны, остаются неяс­ности по поводу пределов свободы сторон в урегулировании споров, а также путей оспаривания действительности мирового соглашения стороной, которая считает свои интересы нарушенными его условиями.

К созданию международных стандартов ведения переговоров об урегулировании коммерческих споров Давыденко Д.Л. (полный текст)
В статье рассматриваются пределы свободы действий участников переговоров об урегулировании внешнеэкономического спора. Обосновывается, что они вытекают из минимальных требований добросовестности и нуждаются в конкретизации. Стандарты ведения таких переговоров следует предусмотреть на международном уровне. В статье предложен текст таких стандартов.
The article (in Russian language) briefly examines the limits of freedom of action of the participants in negotiations on the settlement of a cross-border economic dispute. It argues that such limits follow from the minimum requirements of good faith and that they need to be specified.
Standards for conducting such negotiations should be provided at the international level.
The article proposes the text of such standards.

Российский арбитражный центр опубликовал текст арбитражного решения Дмитрия Давыденко, который может представлять интерес по вопросам о пределах применимости моратория Правительства РФ на взыскание неустоек, штрафов и т.д. (неустойка была взыскана несмотря на ссылку ответчика на действие моратория). The registration for Russian International Arbitration Congress (RIAC) 2025 is already open. The main conference of RIAC (May 14) is the flagship event of the Congress, featuring world-renowned speakers. The aim of the conference is to seek answers to timeless questions of arbitration that remain relevant regardless of time, changes in legislation, or international affairs. Speakers will address complex (even philosophical) challenges that arise in real disputes: the limits of arbitrators' inherent powers, the relationship between national and international legal orders, the impact of imperative norms on arbitration, and the globalisation (or fragmentation) of the arbitration system.

During the Congress, you will also have the opportunity to attend more than 30 in-person events dedicated to alternative dispute resolution and meet legal professionals and business representatives from different countries.
