Alyssa Milano is one of Hollywood’s established TV stars (remember her in 1990s/2000s female-led hit series Charmed?). She is also known for co-founding the movement, encouraging sexually harassed and assaulted women in film and entertainment to use the hashtag to highlight how widespread the problem is.

She attended this year’s , the world’s largest TV-content entertainment event, as the keynote speaker during a special women-only lunch co-hosted by MIPCOM’s MIP Markets and A+E Networks.

Her message: she implored today’s women executives to be there for each other and to extend a supportive hand to the next generation of female film/TV decision-makers.
