An easy, stress-free onboarding process? Yes please😍
Working with my first few clients taught me a lot about how to streamline an onboarding process, so this is what I do from enquiry form to that first content approval to make your Mid May experience smooth sailing!⛵️
1️⃣ Discovery Call
This is a short introduction call to discuss your business goals, get to know each-other, and just see if we're a good fit!
2️⃣ Package Proposal
I'll follow up with my package proposal, tailored to your needs. You can take a look in your own time, without the added pressure of a stranger staring at you through a screen waiting for an immediate response🥲
3️⃣ Contract, Invoice & Welcome Pack
You've selected your package and now we do the paperwork! I'll send all the formal stuff over with a welcome pack, which tells you what to expect as we move through the onboarding process.
4️⃣ Strategy Kick-Off Call
When the contract is signed, we'll schedule in a quick meeting to go through your onboarding questionnaire (a bit more in depth than the discovery call!), and get signed into all relevant socials. I'll also show you around your client portal - the home of our work together!
5️⃣ Strategy
Take some down time and dream about what's to come while I whip up the social media strategy! This is a fairly heavy document (but you'll be thankful!) full of goals and clear action plans.
6️⃣ Content Calendar
Once the strategy has been approved, I'll start filling up your content calendar with ideas!
