Raul seems obsessed with the idea of crowning Mexico to make some kind of media storyline, especially after that whole Fatima and Nawat's language/Lost in translation misunderstanding situation blew up and went viral on western Global media. NAWAT NEVER SAID 'DUMB', HE SAID 'DAMAGED' HIS COMMAND OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS TERRIBLE, I watched that video live, you could tell, Nawat who paid over $4 million to host the pageant, was more frustrated with the Mexican overlord, Raul, his bad behaviour and his lack of attendance, and sending the Mexican National director to installed Casino banners in the host hotel, and instructing a selection of the contestants to promote a Casino, when it is illegal to host casinos/gambling in Thailand.
Ungrateful Raul constantly wrote press releases to admonish Nawat all the way from Mexico with no MUO team on the ground in Thailand!!!!!

Raul obstructed everything Nawat tried to do to rehabilitate the failing organisation due to rumours that Nawat is in line for Ann's 58 percent MUO lion shares. The various drama started by Raul, multiple judges resigning, the contradictions, the constant undermining of the Thailand production team who genuinely tried to save the sinking ship. The premature announcements of the next host country before the grand final show. Sniping at the Thai organisers with annoying press conferences/press releases.The refusal of Mexico and some of her fellow contestants to participate in certain functions to promote the host nation and sponsor due to the directive from RAUL, IN MEXICO!!!!

Every production effort were shut down by Raul.

These decisions and many more made everything look cold and cheap.
