'Laugh' is the second solo album by Terry Hall and we are excited to share that this hugely acclaimed album is being reissued as a strictly limited and custom Dinked Archive 2LP pressing on red vinyl and as a 2CD edition, both in an alternate sleeve.

Both the 2LP and 2CD editions include the original album on Disc 1 and on Disc 2 you'll find B-sides, live recordings and acoustic versions. Also includes new liner notes by journalist Pete Paphides.

The Sound were a seminal English post-punk band formed in South London in 1979 by lead vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter Adrian Borland, alongside drummer Mike Dudley, bassist Graham Bailey, and keyboardist Benita “Bi” Marshall. Now reissued as 2CD editions in deluxe gatefold packaging are ‘Shock Of Daylight’, ‘Heads and Hearts’ and ‘In The Hothouse’.

1984’s ‘Shock Of Daylight’ features some of the band’s most beloved material, including the singles “Counting the Days” and “Golden Soldiers.” This expanded edition includes the original Shock of Daylight studio recordings and The Lost Demo Recordings which features tracks that’ve only recently come to light, offering a rare glimpse into the band’s creative process. Complete with unseen photos and lyrics. The studio album has been newly mastered for 2025 by Stefan Bornhorst at Studio Ruhrstrasse Stemmen, Germany.

The fourth studio album, ‘Heads and Hearts’ includes the singles ‘One Thousand Reasons’, ‘Temperature Drop’ and ‘Under You’. The album has been re-mastered from Adrian Borland’s original Mixdown Tape, with tape transfers & mastering by Stefan Bornhorst at Studio Ruhrstrasse Stemmen, Germany.

Recorded at the Marquee Club across two August nights in 1985, ‘In The Hothouse’ is the only live album released whilst the band were still active. The set draws on highlights from the group’s back catalogue and includes tracks Winning, Skeletons & Sense Of Purpose. This expanded edition comes complete with bonus tracks, unseen photos and lyrics.
