This week, we welcome the superstar that is James Marriott. From his online escapades, sold out tours and most recently a smash hit 1 album.

James joined us to discuss, his life, his career and most importantly his decision to go sober three years ago culminating in all the incredible things that he has learnt alongside it. We are so grateful to James for taking the time to chat.

This conversation was so insightful as we touch upon university culture, the fun bits of drinking, sober dating (eeeek!) but ultimately how sobriety alongside therapy can be a super power.

James speaks so openly, honestly and eloquently about his journey and we can’t wait for you guys to listen to this one. It’s an amazing way to round off Season 6.

Available now on all streaming platforms at the link in our bio or on our YouTube channel.

Remember, if you’re struggling then feel free to DM us, you’ve got this ❤️
