540 g Basmati Rice

600 g Chicken thighs

60 ml Oil

1 Onion, finely chopped

30 g minced garlic

75 g Peas

75 g Carrots

75 g Bell pepper

15 g salt

15 g chicken bouillon

5 g Onion Powder

5 g ground cumin

5 g ground coriander

15 g paprika

1 L Chicken or Vegetable Stock

Meat:

1.5 kg boneless beef, cut into chunks

1 cup cooking oil (canola or ghee)

1 large onion, thinly sliced

3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

2 liters water (adjust as necessary)
Grains And Lentils:

1 cup cracked wheat (daliya)

½ cup barley

⅓ cup chana dal (Bengal gram)

⅓ cup rice

¼ cup masoor dal (red lentils)

¼ cup moong dal (yellow lentils)

⅓ cup chana dal
Spices:

2 tsp turmeric powder

2 ½ tbsp salt (adjust to taste)

2 ½ tbsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)

2 tbsp cumin powder

2 tbsp coriander powder

1 tbsp garam masala
Garnish:

Chopped fresh coriander leaves

Fried onions (store-bought or homemade)

Sliced green chilies

Lemon wedges

Chaat masala

Ginger, julienne cut
