Over the weekend, I had a conversation with my colleagues, and one sentence stayed with me.

I quickly picked up my phone and wrote it down

"The body remembers what the mind tries to forget."

This is my insight about this sentence, No matter how focused we are on deadlines or how busy our weeks get, our bodies quietly carry the effects of stress, long hours, and mental strain, even when our minds think we are handling it all.

Some weeks begin in a rush, but this week, we choose balance, peace, and clarity.

This week, we will not be consumed by work.

This week, our health will not fail us.

This week, our careers will prosper the way we have always prayed for.

This week, peace will dwell in our hearts, and clarity in our minds.

This week, joy will not be far from our steps.

I am wishing you all a week full of strength, wellness, and little victories that remind you that you are enough, and you are thriving.
