With some news about our own new stadium imminent, a timely reminder about how these things can go horribly wrong. Considering how West Ham got here, this story is worth a chuckle in isolation - but we have to make sure that we don't end up making similar mistakes.

Graham Potter was the worst possible managerial appointment for West Ham, but this was unsurprising, considering that the club itself seems to have mislaid its soul.
