💥 The Tales of the Weird festival is back! 💥

Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, Tales of the Weird: An Autumnal Festival expands to a full weekend at the British Library (1 and 2 November), as well as a special online only World Wide Weird event on Monday 3 November, featuring Mariana Enriquez and Mona Awad.

Inspired by our cult Tales of the Weird series (which brings back unjustly neglected stories from the realms of classic gothic, supernatural and horror fiction) the weekend portion of the event will feature some of our finest writers and fans of the weird. Speakers will include Andrew Michael Hurley, Bidisha Mamata, Edward Carey, Edward Parnell, Elf Lyons, Iain Sinclair, Jeremy Dyson, Joe Hill, Johnny Mains, and many more.
