A sell-out success last Saturday 7th September 2024 as the 'Deuce... On The Loose!' re-issue album launch party, organised by Cheer Up Pop Up Parties, saw the public reunion of all 4 members of Deuce for the first time since 1995. The SFE Record Label re-issued album, available on green day-glo vinyl and 4CD Expanded Edition through Cherry Red Records, hit number 21 on the independent album charts which was a thrill! It was heartwarming that so many fans were absolutely delighted at the re-issue and bore witness to the band reuniting for their question and answer session and, of course, to get their albums signed! Original album producers Phil Harding and Ian Curnow were also in attendance and enjoyed themselves immensely. Thank you to dear Mario of Cheer Up Pop Up Parties and, of course, to band members Craig, Kelly, Lisa and Paul who were an absolute joy!

The latest SFE Record Label re-issue ‘Deuce… On The Loose!’ charts at #22 on the Independent Album Charts! Originally released in 1995, the album now contains all four of Deuce’s then hit singles - Call It Love, I Need You, On The Bible and No Surrender on a Green day-glo coloured vinyl LP and the much expanded 4CD set and digital editions!

Ten years ago today - this double A-side 7” single was pressed of the radio versions of the first two tunes we chose to promote the ‘Torsten The Ba****ck Saint’ theatrical song cycle Christopher Frost and I wrote for Andy Bell Is Torsten. It was a glorious time of creativity. Shows were performed at the St.James Theatre in London, at the Assembly in Edinburgh, at the Shelley Theatre in Bournemouth and at the Manchester Contact Theatre.
