PETITE PINTS: Greene King Brewery has launched the UK’s tiniest ‘pint’ glasses – just under 3 inches in height - to revive the lost tradition of asking for a taste of beer before committing to a full pint. Their research found that 70% of Brits have never asked for a sample of beer and nearly a third (31%) of Gen Z pubgoers are ‘too nervous’ to ask for a sample. Greene King Brewery calls on the nation to reclaim the taster tradition as it’s now launched Hazy Day Fruity IPA in over 500 Greene King pubs across the UK.
