This morning at , Andy from joined us and I gave the weight a try.
It felt surprisingly good to let it go (share it with others).

That’s exactly the point, we all carry invisible weights, and when someone shares the load, it feels lighter.

This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about mental health, connection, and reminding each other that we don’t have to carry it alone. 💭

“How was it?”
If you ask me this question right after the finish line, my answer will always be:

“Absolutely hated it (especially those last 7–8 km) what a stupid idea, never again!” 😅

But then I remember why we do it. The effort, the focus, the battle to hold that pace, every second worth it when you see runners beside you digging deep and smashing their PBs.

That moment caught looking at my watch wasn’t about me chasing a time, it was about keeping the rhythm so others could believe and push through.

The gels made me nauseous, the legs stiff, a few new blisters blooming 🌺 but it’s all part of earning it.

Huge thanks to for another perfectly organised event and to everyone who shared the miles. You made every step count.

“How was it?” If you ask me this question exactly after I finish, the answer will allways be:

“Absolutely hated it (especially the last 7-8km), what a stupid idea, never again!”

Feeling a little nauseated from the sugary gels, my body is stiff and some new blisters are flourishing 🌺, what’s to like?

I guess the suffering makes me feel I earned it, it was not just handed to me. If Almighty & my health will allow, I will see you unto the next one. 🫶
