JAKE LYLE has opened as The Phantom in THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA at Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour.

Set against the iconic Sydney skyline, this spectacular open-air production celebrates the show’s 40th anniversary, running from the 27th March to 3rd May 2026 with a full orchestra, large scale staging and nightly fireworks - making it one of the most unique theatrical experiences in the world!

A NEW WEST END STORY 👑

SYDNEY SPENCER has been announced in the West End production of 1536, opening at the Ambassadors Theatre.

Following a sold out run at the Almeida Theatre, this bold new play written by Ava Pickett and directed by Lyndsey Turner reimagines Tudor England through the eyes of three women. Bending sharp humour with a darker look at power and society, this ‘effortlessly funny, bold and ballsy’ production runs from 2nd May to 1st August 2026 in a strictly limited season.

From the ★★★★★ Tambo & Bones powerhouse duo: writer Dave Harris and director Matthew Xia comes a steamy, boisterous and tender story about breaking free from masculinity’s seductive cage. The production runs the 23rd April – 30th May 2026 as part of Soho Theatre’s new writing season.

FINLEY OLIVER has been announced as Freddie Fernandez in the UK premiere of THE KARATE KID – THE MUSICAL, opening at the New Wimbledon Theatre on Tuesday 28th April 2026.

Written by Robert Mark Kamen, screenwriter of the original 1984 movie, with music and lyrics by Drew Gasparini, the show will be touring nationwide until Saturday 1st August 2026.

MEIMEI YOUNG has been announced in the West End production of WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION at London County Hall, playing The Other Woman / 1st Greta & Miss Clegg / 2nd Romaine Vole.

Agatha Christie’s gripping courtroom drama places audiences inside the historic council chamber at County Hall, immersing them in the trial of Leonard Vole. The acclaimed production has been running in London since 2017 and has received Olivier and WhatsOnStage Award nominations for Best Revival.

ELLIOT DAVID PARKES is joining the UK tour of Annie as Bert Healy, 1st Cover Rooster & 2nd Cover Daddy Warbucks!

MICHAELA POWELL will be Associate Director on the show. She is currently the same role on the European tour of Kinky Boots, and was recently AD for the world premiere of ’13 Going on 30’.

Annie is one of the world’s most beloved family musicals, known for its heartwarming story of hope, resilience and unforgettable songs like ‘It’s the Hard Knock Life,’ ‘Easy Street,’ and everyones favourite, ‘Tomorrow’

The tour will star La Voix and Claire Sweeney, who will share the role of Miss Hannigan in venues across the country.
