It's my birthday!! 🥳

Usually I take this day to be absolutely lazy, wake up late, have cake for breakfast and certainly don't do any exercise.

Over the last 30 days I've been doing a course on personal power and I feel sooo damn motivated!

This morning I actually woke up at 7:15 and did a 1 hour yoga lesson, and the weird thing is, I feel that I gave myself this early start and movement as a GIFT to myself.

I'm loving the changes 💕

When you are experiencing fear, look towards the sunshine.

It might be hiding behind the clouds, but it is always there.

Just like your fear, the clouds will eventually dissipate and the sun will shine through.

The sun is a symbol of hope and happiness.

It represents new beginnings.

So when you are feeling scared, remember that the sun is still there - shining down on you and giving you the strength to face your fears.

Soon, the clouds will clear and you will be able to see the sunshine again.

One key to happiness is learning to appreciate the simple things in life.

Too often, we get caught up in our day-to-day routines and fail to notice the beauty that surrounds us.

But if we take a moment to slow down and look around, we may be surprised by how much joy can be found in the everyday.

A beautiful sunset, a blooming flower, or your partner doing that cute little thing they do can all fill us with happiness.

And the best part is, these moments are available to anyone, anywhere, at any time.

So next time you're feeling down, take a step back and try to appreciate the small things in life.

Though it can be difficult, it's important to learn to be okay with people not knowing your side of the story. You don't have to prove anything to anyone - what's happened is your business, and that's that.

Of course, it's natural to want others to know and understand what you're going through, but ultimately it's not their business.

And even if they do know your side of the story, they might not agree with you or understand what you're going through. So it's important to remember that you don't need anyone's approval or validation - you only need to worry about what's best for you.

You're the only one who knows the whole story, so trust yourself and be confident in your decisions. Everything will work out in the end.
