waiting for apologies,
waiting for people to realise how they made you feel.

And it is all weighing your heart down.
It is stealing your sleep, peace, joy…
while they carry on with life like nothing happened.

That’s why you should learn:
Forgiveness is not saying they were right —
it’s choosing you over the pain.

This week, let go of what tries to steal your peace.
Kindness and forgiveness aren’t signs of weakness…

Ending the Year Strong

This year started one way…
but look at how it’s ending.
Stronger. Brighter. More aligned. More blessed. 💛

My heart is genuinely happy watching my friends close deals,
get new job offers,
buy houses,
relocate,
heal,
start businesses,
and step boldly into their purpose.
Nothing inspires me more than seeing the people I love WIN.

And you know what they say…
“Show me your friends, and I’ll show you your future.”
Who is your circle?
Are they lifting you? Motivating you? Challenging you?
Or are they draining you with negativity, gossip, and pity parties?

As we enter 2026, one thing is certain:
be intentional about who sits at your table.
Some people will help you grow…
and others will quietly break everything you’re trying to build.

Choose the ones who pray for you,
speak life into your dreams,
and celebrate your wins — even the small ones.
Your circle is either your blessing or your battle.

There’s someone out there who looks like they’re moving slowly…
but what people don’t see is how intentional they’ve become.

They’re choosing peace over chaos.
Discipline over impulse.
Growth over comparison.
Healing over pretending.

They don’t announce every win anymore.
They don’t explain their boundaries.
They don’t compete — they focus.

And while the world celebrates loud success,
this person is quietly building a life that finally makes sense.
One aligned decision at a time.

Not everything meaningful needs an audience.

Motherhood — The Parts We Don’t Say Out Loud 🥺🤗

Everyone celebrates the bundle of joy…
and yes, mothers love their babies deeply.
But there’s another side of motherhood that rarely gets spoken about.

The isolation.
The breastfeeding struggles.
The sleep deprivation when the baby feeds every two hours and the night blurs into morning.
The exhaustion that settles into your bones.

The part where the mother still has to care for everyone else
the house, the meals, the nappies, the school runs, the appointments
while her own needs quietly move to the bottom of the list.

For some, there’s also the pause in career dreams…
or giving up work altogether.
The slow grief of losing the woman she was before children
while society expects her to smile and say, “I’m fine.”

And when this journey is happening abroad, far from family and familiar support…
it becomes heavier.
Navigating systems alone.
Raising children without a village.
Managing older kids, responsibilities, and emotions
sometimes while silently battling postnatal depression or anxiety.

To every mother in this season:
you are seen. You are doing enough. You are not weak.
Rest is not laziness.
Asking for help is not failure.
Taking a few minutes for yourself is not selfish.

You don’t have to pour from an empty cup.
Care for yourself the way you care for everyone else.
Your well-being matters too. 💖🩵

🔥 Stop waiting for permission. Success comes to the BOLD!

Deuteronomy 30:19: " I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that i have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and they seed may live."

We have been given the WILL power to make choices that will either give us life or death. You can't waiting on God yet God is waiting on you too. He is asking you to show him what you have got so he can bless it.
