We didn’t fly to Edinburgh to meet Nicola Sturgeon, Jimmy Krankie, Johnnie Walker, Donald Trump or Mr Paul Ludlow — all worthy guesses! 🤣

We went to meet former Queen Mary 2 Captain Nick Bates. A Cunard man to his core, Captain Bates served as both officer and captain across several Cunarders, most notably Queen Elizabeth 2 and Queen Mary 2.

Having Captain Bates’ voice in Queen Mary 2: The Last Great Ocean Liner adds something truly special. His insight, experience, and humour capture the very heart of what makes this ship and Cunard itself, so extraordinary.
