🇬🇧 You never know what you’ll bump into when walking around London.

I came across this beautiful building at 60 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars and discovered it was once the City of London School for Boys, built in the 1880s.

Look closely and you’ll see statues of Shakespeare, Milton, Newton and others. Today, the building is part of J.P. Morgan’s London offices, with a huge modern development behind the original Victorian structure.

And underneath - a vast underground vault complex associated with J.P. Morgan’s precious-metals operation.

Just another reminder that in London, history is literally everywhere you look 🏛️

🎬 Does this street look familiar? 👀

Hidden just a short walk from Waterloo Station, Roupell Street feels like a little step back in time - with its beautifully preserved 19th-century houses and old-London charm.

And there’s a reason it might look familiar. It’s been used as a filming location for quite a few well-known films and TV shows like Call the Midwife, Legend and even a James Bond film..

Fleurs de Villes DIANA opens today at Somerset House in London, bringing together 15 spectacular floral mannequins created by London’s leading floral designers. Each one reimagines a memorable Diana outfit while telling the story behind the occasion and the causes that mattered to her.

From her connection with the English National Ballet to her powerful 1997 walk through an active minefield in Angola with The HALO Trust, the exhibition celebrates much more than fashion. It explores Diana’s compassion, courage and commitment to making a difference.

And there’s an important reason to visit: the exhibition supports The Diana Award, the charity established in her memory, which continues to empower young people to create positive change. ❤️
