Kalma e Radde Kufr (Arabic):

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ اَنْ اُشْرِكَ بِكَ شَيْـًٔا وَاَنَا اَعْلَمُ بِهٖ وَ اَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا لَا اَعْلَمُ بِهٖ تُبْتُ عَنْهُ وَ تَبَرَّأْتُ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَ الشِّرْكِ وَ الْكِذْبِ وَ الْغِيْبَةِ وَ الْبِدْعَةِ وَ النَّمِيْمَةِ وَ الْفَوَاحِشِ وَ الْبُهْتَانِ وَ الْمَعَاصِىْ كُلِّهَا وَاَسْلَمْتُ وَ اَقُوْلُ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَّسُوْلُ اللّٰهِ

Meaning (Urdu):

اے اللہ! میں پناہ مانگتا ہوں تجھ سے کہ میں کسی چیز کو تیرا شریک ٹھہراؤں جان بوجھ کر، اور میں تیری بخشش مانگتا ہوں اُس شرک سے جو مجھے معلوم نہیں۔ میں اس سے توبہ کرتا ہوں، کفر، شرک، جھوٹ، غیبت، بدعت، چغلی، بے حیائی، بہتان اور تمام گناہوں سے بیزاری ظاہر کرتا ہوں۔ میں اسلام قبول کرتا ہوں اور کہتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، محمد ﷺ اللہ کے رسول ہیں۔

Meaning (English):

O Allah! I seek refuge in You from associating anything with You knowingly, and I seek Your forgiveness for what I do unknowingly.
I repent from it and declare myself free from disbelief, polytheism, lies, backbiting, innovation, slander, indecency, false accusations, and all sins.
I submit to Islam and bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad ﷺ is the Messenger of Allah.

Meaning (Urdu):
میں اللہ سے بخشش مانگتا ہوں جو میرا پروردگار ہے ہر گناہ سے جو میں نے کیا جان بوجھ کر یا بھول کر، پوشیدہ یا ظاہر۔ اور میں اس سے توبہ کرتا ہوں اُس گناہ سے جو میں جانتا ہوں اور اُس گناہ سے جو نہیں جانتا۔ بے شک تو ہی غیبوں کو جاننے والا، عیبوں کو چھپانے والا، اور گناہوں کو بخشنے والا ہے، اور نہیں کوئی طاقت اور قوت مگر اللہ کی، جو بلند اور عظیم ہے۔
