Nothing I repeat NOTHING is comparable to self love and confidence. Fully knowing your worth and that you’re the sh*ttttt is the most powerful thing and EVERYONE deserves to feel it!

So how does this self love come about? Now it’s not about loosing weight, growing an a$ or anything to do with changing your appearance. It’s all about loving YOU for who YOU are. I said in my last post, you’re unique, OWN IT!

This definitely is no overnight process of course, but what i find helps this process is doing things that YOU want to do. Things that are going to make you feel your very best self! Lets stop caring about other people’s opinions because this isn’t their life, it’s yours!

That being said with the date of 21st June flying around and people saying they ‘need’ to lose weight🙃please remember...
You DO NOT have to be a certain body type to have fun on a night out!!!

But i do understand confidence on a night out is the best feeling! So that being said if you want to lose weight, gain weight, stay the exact same, go for it!!
BUT you do not need to change to become confident! Confidence is simply a mindset🤍

whatever is going to make you your true happiest just do it!!🤍✨
