✨🎥 Zigcam are hiring 🎥✨

We are seeking a friendly and multi-talented individual to join our team as an in-house camera assistant and help us continue to facilitate some of the biggest and best television programmes on right now! 📺

This role will see you getting out and about on location as an AC, as well as sharing your knowledge and experience with some of the junior members of the team. Additionally, with our own on site film studio, days at HQ are varied!

When at base, you will work closely with the other members of the technical team to prepare equipment for our clients to an exceptionally high standard. This will include cameras, lenses, lighting and grip as well as audio equipment and all additional kit to make up a full rig.

You will use our rental management system to ensure all equipment is tracked across opportunities and stock levels maintained. As an experienced AC you will bring your knowledge to the table and be able to think outside of the box, whilst spec’ing and prepping a job.

We require a minimum of 2 years experience working within the broadcast industry and a full, clean drivers licence.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic team player who is passionate about cameras and kit, and other technical aspects of production such as sound, lighting and post-production! The ideal candidate will have experience with current film and tv equipment and workflows.

As a technical assistant you will have unparalleled opportunities and training, and the ability to progress your career in the film and tv industry.

Job requirements:
Basic knowledge of industry equipment
Ideally lives locally to Greenwich
Fast learner and happy to get stuck in
Knowledge of industry software such as Premiere and Photoshop
Dynamic team player
Adaptable to fast changing situations
Ability to work flexible hours

This is a full time paid position with excellent potential to progress, and immediate start date.
