Pastor Nathaniel Bassey said 3 important things to remember this :

1) Ask God what you should write in your journal.
2) Don’t get distracted. The devil distracts to deceive and he deceives to destroy.
3) Don’t praise God and complain or grumble right after. No more “God when !” Stay in the attitude of Thanksgiving!
