With Dementia, it can be so hard to not assume that these special moments will always be the same. As they’re not. ❤️‍🩹 Gift opening was something we loved together, but now, dementia has taken so much of that away from us both. ••••• ••••• Also a HUGE thank you to Care’s charity store in Worthing for these gorgeous bits we found! 💫🫶🏼
