Some days are hard.

Colic is one of the most common—and exhausting—challenges for new parents. If your little one is crying for 3+ hours a day, 3+ days a week, and seems hard to soothe, it could be colic.

💢 Signs include: ✔ Long, intense crying spells
✔ Arching back, clenched fists
✔ Pulling legs to tummy
✔ Red face, gassy belly

It usually starts around 2-3 weeks, peaks at 6 weeks, and often settles by 3-4 months. It’s not your fault, and your baby isn’t sick—colic is tough, but temporary.
