The Day You Return to Allah | Every Deed Will Be Accounted For | Qur’an 2:282

“One day, you will return to Allah—and every deed will be accounted for.”

وَاتَّقُوْا يَوْمًا تُرْجَعُوْنَ فِيْہِ اِلَى اللہِ◌ ثُمَّ تُوَفّٰى كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا كَسَبَتْ وَھُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُوْنَ ۲۸۲ ۧ
اور اس دن سے ڈرو جس میں تم اللہ کی طرف لوٹائے جاؤ گے۔ پھر ہر جان کو جو اُس نے کمایا پورا پورا دیا جائے گا اور وہ ظلم نہیں کئے جائیں گے۔
And fear the day when you shall be made to return to Allah; then shall every soul be paid in full what it has earned; and they shall not be wronged.

The Golden Rule of Kindness & Debt Relief | Surah Al-Baqarah (2:281)

"What should you do when someone owes you money and can't pay it back?"

وَاِنْ كَانَ ذُوْ عُسْرَۃٍ فَنَظِرَۃٌ اِلٰى مَيْسَرَۃٍ◌ وَاَنْ تَصَدَّقُوْا خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ ۲۸۱
اور اگر کوئی تنگ دست ہو تو (اسے) آسائش تک مہلت دینی چاہئے۔ اور اگر تم خیرات کر دو تو یہ تمہارے لئے بہت اچھا ہے، اگر تم کچھ علم رکھتے ہو۔
And if any debtor be in straitened circumstances, then grant him respite till a time of ease. And that you remit it as charity shall be better for you, if only you knew.

A Serious Warning Against Interest | Quran 2:280 | Al Baqarah

“A powerful warning from the Quran: abandon interest, or face a declaration of war from Allah and His Messenger.”

فَاِنْ لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوْا فَاْذَنُوْا بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللہِ وَرَسُوْلِہٖ◌ وَاِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُءُوْسُ اَمْوَالِكُمْ◌ لَاتَظْلِمُوْنَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُوْنَ ۲۸۰
But if you do it not, then beware of war from Allah and His Messenger; and if you repent, then you shall have your original sums; thus, you shall not wrong, nor shall you be wronged.
اور اگر تم نے ایسا نہ کیا تو اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی طرف سے اعلانِ جنگ سن لو۔ اور اگر تم توبہ کرو تو تمہارے اصل زر تمہارے ہی رہیں گے۔ نہ تم ظلم کروگے، نہ تم پر ظلم کیا جائے گا۔

Leave Interest Behind | A Powerful Quranic Warning | Quran 2:279 | Al Baqarah

“If you truly believe in Allah, leave what remains of interest behind—and choose His command over worldly gain.”

يٰٓاَيُّہَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللہَ وَذَرُوْا مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّبٰٓوا اِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِيْنَ ۲۷۹
اے وہ لوگو جو ایمان لائے ہو! اللہ سے ڈرو اور چھوڑ دو جو سود میں سے باقی رہ گیا ہے، اگر تم (فی الواقعہ) مومن ہو۔
O ye who believe! fear Allah and relinquish what remains of interest, if you are believers.

“O ye who believe! Fear Allah and relinquish what remains of interest, if you are believers.” — Holy Quran 2:279

No Fear, No Grief | Allah’s Promise to the Believers | Quran 2:278 | Al Baqarah

“True faith is more than words—it is faith, good deeds, prayer, and charity. And Allah promises: no fear, no grief.”

اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ وَاَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوۃَ وَاٰتَوُا الزَّكٰوۃَ لَھُمْ اَجْرُھُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّہِمْ◌ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْہِمْ وَلَا ھُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَ ۲۷۸
یقیناً وہ لوگ جو ایمان لائے اور نیک اعمال بجا لائے اور انہوں نے نمازکو قائم کیا اور زکوٰۃ دی‘ اُن کے لئے اُن کا اجر اُن کے ربّ کے پاس ہے۔ اور اُن پر کوئی خوف نہیں ہو گا اور نہ وہ غمگین ہوں گے۔
Surely, those who believe and do good deeds, and observe Prayer and pay the Zakah, shall have their reward from their Lord, and no fear shall come on them, nor shall they grieve.

“Indeed, those who believe and do good works, establish Prayer, and pay the Zakat, their reward is with their Lord. And no fear shall come upon them, nor shall they grieve.” — Holy Quran 2:278

Allah Destroys Riba & Multiplies Charity | Quran 2:277 | Al Baqarah

“Riba may look like profit, but Allah erases its blessing—while He causes charity to grow.”

يَمْحَقُ اللہُ الرِّبٰوا وَيُرْبِي الصَّدَقٰتِ◌ وَاللہُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ اَثِيْمٍ ۲۷۷
Allah will abolish interest and will cause charity to increase. And Allah loves not anyone who is a confirmed disbeliever and an arch-sinner.
اللہ سود کو مٹاتا ہے اور صدقات کو بڑھاتا ہے۔ اور اللہ ہر سخت ناشکرے (اور) بہت گنہگار کو پسند نہیں کرتا۔

Your Charity Is Never Lost | Allah Promises Its Reward | Quran 2:275 | Al Baqarah

“Give in Allah’s way, day or night, secretly or openly—and know that your reward is محفوظ with your Lord.”

اَلَّذِيْنَ يُنْفِقُوْنَ اَمْوَالَھُمْ بِالَّيْلِ وَالنَّہَارِ سِرًّا وَّعَلَانِيَۃً فَلَھُمْ اَجْرُھُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّہِمْ◌ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْہِمْ وَلَا ھُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَ ۲۷۵
Those who spend their wealth by night and day, secretly and openly, have their reward with their Lord; on them shall come no fear, nor shall they grieve.
وہ لوگ جو اپنے اموال خرچ کرتے ہیں رات کو بھی اور دن کو بھی، چھپ کر بھی اور کھلے عام بھی، تو ان کے لئے ان کا اجر اُن کے ربّ کے پاس ہے اور ان پر کوئی خوف نہیں ہو گا اور نہ وہ غم کریں گے۔

Allah Knows the Silent Struggles | Quran 2:274 | Al Baqarah

“Some people hide their struggles with dignity—but Allah knows every need, every sacrifice, and every act of giving.”

لِلْفُقَرَاۗءِ الَّذِيْنَ اُحْصِرُوْا فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللہِ لَا يَسْتَطِيْعُوْنَ ضَرْبًا فِي الْاَرْضِ◌يَحْسَبُھُمُ الْجَاہِلُ اَغْنِيَاۗءَ مِنَ التَّعَفُّفِ◌ تَعْرِفُھُمْ بِسِيْمٰھُمْ◌ لَا يَسْــَٔـلُوْنَ النَّاسَ اِلْحَافًا◌ وَمَا تُنْفِقُوْا مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَاِنَّ اللہَ بِہٖ عَلِيْمٌ ۲۷۴ ۧ
(یہ خرچ) ان ضرورت مندوں کی خاطر ہے جو خدا کی راہ میں محصور کر دیئے گئے (اور) وہ زمین میں چلنے پھرنے کی طاقت نہیں رکھتے۔ ایک لاعلم (ان کے) سوال سے بچنے (کی عادت) کی وجہ سے انہیں متمول سمجھتا ہے۔ (لیکن) تُو ان کے آثار سے ان کو پہچانتا ہے وہ پیچھے پڑ کرلوگوں سے نہیں مانگتے۔ اور جو کچھ بھی تم مال میں سے خرچ کرو تو اللہ اس کو خوب جانتا ہے۔
These alms are for the poor who are detained in the cause of Allah and are unable to move about in the land. The ignorant man thinks them to be free from want because of their abstaining from begging. Thou shalt know them by their appearance; they do not beg of men with importunity. And whatever of wealth you spend, surely, Allah has perfect knowledge thereof
