I reallllly don’t want to work out 🙈🤭

I stopped exercising properly in my 1st trimester and only did weekly pregnancy Pilates towards the end of my 4th trimester because my hips felt like they were going to fall off my body and I was struggling to walk.

So even though my weekly PT sessions with make me feel like myself for a little bit… they also feel slightly like punishment 🙈

When will I enjoy it again? Only time will tell! Until then I’m pushing through!

AD My wind down routine is non negotiable and CCZZ is a big part of why. If I can’t wind down, I for sure can’t wind up. Everything is about balance. Coca-Cola Zero Zero, just something light to help me ease into rest after a full day. This is how I protect my evenings.

What does your wind down look like?

2025 was a pivotal year for me. I made some really tough decisions that changed my life and it all started because I chose to take myself seriously. I don’t want to sound dramatic, but the accelerator I went on changed my life and it’s one of the things I’m most proud of achieving.

Before that, I was running a business, but I wasn’t really running it like a business. I was relying on instinct, working long hours, and carrying everything myself. It worked to a point, but it wasn’t sustainable and it definitely wasn’t scalable.

That programme forced me to slow down and look at everything properly. The numbers, the structure, the gaps, the things I was avoiding. It made me honest about what was working and what wasn’t.

Some of the decisions I made off the back of that were uncomfortable. Letting things go. Changing direction. Putting boundaries in place. Charging properly. Paying myself properly. Being more transparent with my team.

But those are the decisions that changed everything.

I think a lot of founders, especially women, are taught to just keep going and figure it out as we go. To be grateful, to not ask for too much, to hold everything together quietly.

Last year I did the opposite.

I asked better questions. I made clearer decisions. I built something that supports me, not just something I have to constantly support.

And that has been the biggest shift of all.

Started vlogging in the morning and the forgot by the afternoon… but think I’m going to do this more!

If I look tired it’s because I am 🤣

AD Most people watch content without sound (myself included at 3am feeds).

Which is why knowing how to add subtitles to videos properly really matters.

I’ve been testing dynamic subtitles which is a simple way to make content easier to follow and more engaging.

Comment “add subtitles to videos” and I’ll send you the link.

I’m Pregnant… Now What?

This week we celebrated the launch of ’s debut book with an intimate event at the beautiful .

We signed Elizabeth last year, so being part of bringing this much-needed book to life has been really special. Pregnancy can feel like a minefield, and there still isn’t enough clear, digestible information out there.

This is our first talent book release for , which feels pretty major. And with both and I having babies this year, it makes it even more meaningful to be part of this moment.

The book is available to pre-order now, so make sure you grab a copy (it all helps with those bestseller lists 💖).

If you’d like to discuss press opportunities, feel free to drop me a message.

I’m so proud of you!

The fourth trimester is no joke.

It’s beautiful and exhausting and overwhelming and magical all at the same time. One minute you’re staring at your tiny human thinking how lucky you are to be in this moment and the next minute you’re wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.

I’m now out of it and these are the things that kept me going. Not baby hacks, just the little things that helped me stay sane and feel like a person again.

Some were practical, some were mindset shifts.
Some were just small routines that made the days feel a bit more manageable.

If you’re in it right now, you’re doing better than you think you are. And if you’re also out of it, I’d love to know what kept you going in those early months.

A little haul because at this point it’s an addiction 😬
