ā”ļøWhen Lightning Strikes. Part 4: The Finale ā”ļø
Lightning struck during a wedding reception. The electricity failed. The generator failed. Even the main kitchen stopped operating.
But the event coordinator didnāt panic.
š§ She opened the East Ballroom, recreated the tables with the guestsā names and flowers, moved everyone safely table by table and used the second kitchen to keep the wedding meal moving.
The reception continued.
šWhen the strategist analysed what happened, she didnāt see luck, she saw leadership under pressure, planning, coordination and guest care working together.
More importantly, she recognised a proven system.
šÆThat experience was transformed into the Ā£297 Venue Contingency Toolkit: an emergency checklist, relocation plan and staff response guide that other venues could use.
šµThat is what it means to leverage your experience.
Something you have lived through, solved or learned can become a repeatable asset that helps someone elseāand generates income.
Your experience is your leverage, and your leverage is your income.
