I might’ve skipped a few pages because, honestly, it started feeling a bit forced—and if it doesn’t vibe, it doesn’t vibe.That said, I love that they didn’t age up the MC just to pander to readers (or me, let’s be real).It’s cute, fluffy, and exactly the kind of brain break I needed. Solid 4 stars from me!

I think I might need to give you girlies a heads-up—about 60% of the book is s**t. For me, it’s on the lighter side of s**t, but hey, we all have different definitions of what counts, right? Ahahaha!
No plot, by the way—just a freakin’ cheesy and cutesy love story. And honestly? I ate it up.

soft, sharp, and somehow sacred.
It’s not just words.
It’s a feeling.
Like the author cracked open her chest
and left a piece of her soul on page one.
Casually poetic, painfully true.
We weren’t ready,
but we’re grateful.

Since experiencing an eye issue, I’ve been jumping from one book to another, unable to finish any of them—either the book isn’t right for me, or I’m not ready for it. And I hate it when I can’t find a book that speaks to me and I just can’t read.

As a temporary fix, I always resort to reading manhwas.

Now that my eye issue is finally being addressed properly, everything’s just falling into place. One book finally speaks to me—and now I’m back on the grind.
