Disco Series 12.

This is one of our favourite Discovery Series. An excellent complex and layered bourbon with real hints of Wild Turkey coming through due to the level of quality that comes from having almost 50% of the blend being barrels from there.
Will definitely have to get another bottle of this.

Kentucky Owl batch 9

Very bold and complex, creamy notes of cinnamon and vanilla, sweet oak, honey and caramel, with a long spicy, oaky finish.
This is made with four different distillates from four different mash bills, including a 15-year old, two different lots of 14-year old, a 12-year old, a seven-year old and a six-year old distillate.
Absolute belter of a pour!
