From candlelight to customer journeys โ€” TicketCo QBR 2025

TicketCo keeps raising the bar.

Last week our team gathered in Bergen for our latest Quarterly Business Review. For two days our headquarters became the meeting point for colleagues from across Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, and beyond. We meet like this three times a year to share knowledge, align goals, and strengthen the culture that drives TicketCo forward.

These sessions matter. We are a distributed company, but in Bergen we get one room, one voice, and one mission. To keep building the best customer journey in the world for football and other spectator sports.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming our new colleague Nicholas Brennan. Nick joins TicketCo as Enterprise Support Specialist for the UK and Ireland. He brings more than a decade of frontline experience in elite sport and ticketing, including Warwickshire County Cricket Club. He knows the game, the systems, and the expectations of enterprise clubs, and he strengthens our presence in the UK market.

Thursday evening gave us a different kind of meeting room. Carl-Erik Moberg invited the team to his more than 100-year-old boat house on the waterfront. Once this was a place for building and repairing small wooden boats. There is still no electricity. Candlelight set the scene as we shared fresh seafood and stories. The world has come a long way since that boat house was built. It has gained speed, reach, and technology. But maybe it has also lost some of the simplicity that makes people gather, listen, and connect. That evening reminded us how much stronger we are when we come together.

Moments like these, in the boardroom and by candlelight, keep pushing TicketCo higher. We work hard, we share openly, and we keep raising the bar together.

What an absolute killer week it has been for TicketCoโ€™s Norwegian partner clubs!

On Tuesday night in Austria, Norwegian champions Bodรธ/Glimt secured their place in the Champions League with a commanding 6โ€“2 aggregate win over Sturm Graz.

Last night, SK Brann Women stunned Inter Milan with a 2โ€“1 away victory, booking their place in the final qualifying round of the Champions League.

Only hours later in Cyprus, SK Brann Men stormed into the Europa League with an emphatic 6โ€“1 aggregate triumph over AEK Larnaca.

Last night, Vรฅlerenga Women also kept the momentum rolling with a 1โ€“0 home victory over HJK in their Champions League qualifier.

And the action isnโ€™t over yet: tonight Fredrikstad FK host Crystal Palace in the second leg of their Conference League qualifier, while Rosenborg travel to Germany for their decisive clash against Mainz.
