The last day of term is finally here. 🎉

No more packed lunches.
No more school runs (for a few weeks anyway).
Just hoping for a summer filled with slow mornings, little adventures, and making memories together. 🤍

I read a heartbreaking story today about a man in the UK who allegedly kpaid his wife and two beautiful daughters before fleeing. I just couldn’t stop thinking about it.

Whatever happened behind closed doors, there may have been hurt, anger, disappointment, or conflict—we may never know. But no pain, no offence, no argument can ever justify taking innocent lives.

It reminded me how deep and complex the human heart is. The same heart that can love deeply can also, if consumed by unchecked anger, resentment, or despair, become capable of unimaginable things.

Be kind. Speak up when you’re struggling. Walk away if you have to. But never let temporary emotions lead to permanent consequences.

The kids have been asking for the hot tub every single day since the sunshine arrived… ☀️😂

I finally said yes, opened it up, and immediately questioned all my life choices. 😭🫣

Safe to say it’s getting a proper clean before anyone goes anywhere near it! 💦

Please tell me I’m not the only one who leaves outdoor things until the last hot day of the year.
