While she ate breakfast…
I wasn’t scrolling — I was planning content.

→ wrote ideas
→ mapped posts
→ got clear on what to say

Nap Time (1 hour)
This is where things actually moved…

→ created digital products
→ replied to messages
→ focused, no distractions

This 1 hour mattered more than a full day of ‘trying’

Evening (30 mins)
After bedtime… when the house was quiet 👇

→ engagement (comments, replies)
→ quick admin
→ setting up for tomorrow

Nothing I did was long…
but I did it consistently.

15–30 minute pockets built everything.
