Tom & Matty are here for September's Monthly Montage, and from 2pm it's the return of 'Trap the Track', our hour long music quiz that's a bit like a cross between Guess Who and Battleships, but with music...

And you can play along too! Here's how:

1️⃣ Choose: Pick 3 secret "Golden Songs". They must be well known songs from 1980 to today 🎶

2️⃣ Listen: We're taking turns setting "Traps" live on air. These are strict rules that the playlist has to follow (for example: No 90s!, No Indie!, or No US artists!) 🚧

3️⃣ Survive: The traps stack up, and the playlist gets tighter every round. If one of your Golden Songs breaks a newly added rule, it's caught in the trap and eliminated ❌️
