To my dear anti-carnivore influencers,
There seems to be a growing wave of misinformation being shared through reaction videos about the carnivore diet. Much of what is being said lacks depth, context, and, frankly, accurate understanding of what this way of eating is actually about.
Iād like to respectfully and sincerely encourage you to do thorough, evidence-based research before forming conclusions or influencing others. Look beyond headlines and assumptionsāexplore real patient experiences, clinical discussions, and emerging evidence.
For many individuals, this diet is not about trends like weight loss or bodybuilding. Those may be secondary outcomes, but they are not the primary purpose. A significant number of people turn to the carnivore diet as a therapeutic approachāparticularly those struggling with:
⢠Autoimmune conditions (e.g. psoriasis)
⢠Gastrointestinal disorders (IBS, IBD)
⢠Chronic skin issues
⢠Metabolic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity
Many report meaningful improvements in symptoms where conventional approaches have fallen short. While more research is certainly needed, dismissing these experiences without proper investigation does a disservice to those seeking relief.
This is not about promoting one āperfectā diet for everyoneābut about encouraging informed, balanced conversations.
Please take the time to research properly before sharing strong opinions online. The responsibility that comes with influencing others should not be taken lightly.
Letās prioritise accuracy, open-mindedness, and respectful dialogue.
