A Millennial Mind ✨ Everything You're Thinking But Not Asking ✨

What if healing after loss means finding a new way to stay connected?

Grief can make life feel empty. But healing can begin with one small step and finding your own way to carry that person with you.

Your relationship with yourself changes the relationships you attract.

Check in. Get curious. Ask what you need. Then notice what shifts inside.

When you start showing up for yourself, you can feel calmer, clearer and more confident and that can change the choices you make and the experiences you create.

Sometimes the first step to finding something new is becoming more connected to yourself.

What would change if you started choosing yourself?

Sometimes the thing you’re most proud of is the thing you almost gave up on.

I started A Millennial Mind in lockdown with nothing but an idea: to have the deep conversations I felt were missing.
No shortcuts. No big team. Just showing up, figuring it out, and continuing through the moments when I genuinely wondered if it was working.

Years later, I’m grateful for the platform, community and opportunities that came from simply refusing to stop.
Consistency doesn’t always feel powerful while you’re in it. Sometimes it just feels like keeping going.
And now, I’m stepping into a new chapter. 🤍

I worked harder in my second trimester so I could slow down when my baby arrives. 🤍

16 episodes in 2 weeks in LA, plus 3 more in Miami all so I could create more space for my third trimester and for my baby.
It wasn’t easy, but I’m so proud I pushed myself to make it happen.
Sometimes you have to do more now to create the life you want later.
💭 What are you doing now to make your future life easier?

Being in your feminine doesn’t mean being quiet, submissive or less ambitious.

We’ve reduced feminine energy to being soft, sweet and letting someone else lead while ambition, opinions, intelligence and making money get labelled “masculine.”

But this conversation challenges that completely.

The sacred feminine can be powerful. Creative. Intelligent. Ambitious. Fierce.

You don’t need to make yourself smaller to become “more feminine” and you don’t need someone else to lead the life that belongs to you.

💭 Do you think social media has distorted what feminine energy actually means?

We prepare for the baby. But do we prepare for the version of ourselves who won’t have the same capacity?
Your energy changes. Your time gets limited. Your focus gets split.
And that’s not just pregnancy it’s any major life transition.
For me, it’s meant intentionally setting up my life, work and systems for the next year.
You don’t have to wait for your capacity to change before you prepare for it.
💭 What season of life are you preparing for?

Healing isn’t always about moving on. Sometimes it’s about finally letting yourself feel everything.

After heartbreak, the instinct can be to distract yourself, stay positive and keep going. But this conversation offers a different approach: Emote. Embody. Express.

Feel what’s there. Notice where you carry it in your body. Then give yourself somewhere to express what you couldn’t say.

Because suppressing the emotion doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve processed it.

💭 When you’re heartbroken, do you let yourself feel it or immediately try to distract yourself?

Maybe the darkest chapter of your life isn’t the end of your story it’s the beginning of who you’re becoming.

The “dark night of the soul” can feel like everything is falling apart. But sometimes, those painful seasons force you to confront what isn’t working, let go of who you were and step into a truer version of yourself.

Because you can’t see the stars without the darkness. ✨

💭 Have you ever looked back at a difficult period and realised how much it changed you?
