Jimmy Paul is an Amsterdam-based fashion designer known for his bold, playful approach to couture, blending vibrant colour, sculptural silhouettes and pop-culture references into expressive runway statements. For his AW26 collection titled “Roam,” he turned his lifelong love of Pokémon into the core creative force, drawing on 30 favourite Pokémon and their personalities to shape 10 distinct fashion “worlds” that translated character traits into garments rich with emotion and imagination. This personal homage to the franchise was brought to life through a collaboration with long-time licensing partner Difuzed, which helped bridge Paul’s creative archive and Pokémon nostalgia into consumer-facing products and wearable pieces that echo the tale of childhood fandom meeting high fashion.
