That was the question I asked myself seven years ago

You see I understand your sorrow very intimately

I also understand how you numb the pain by doing work and then more work

Can't you see that incessant work is only a temporary remedy because the pain that pain will not go away

That pain is inside of you and needs to be seen, heard, touched, felt.

Let me help you slow down, simplify so you can make space for that pain to emerge from the depths of your soul and rise to the surface.

This I refer to as the personal alchemy journey

P.S this post when it was originally published was accompanied by a photo of me which actually distracted from my message and this message which I want you to hear and see and reflect on and act on. I am not here to get likes and loves on a photo with me all glammed up.
This is not about vanity metrics for me and getting a huge ego boost. This is about you and what you desire because although I am here thousands of miles away I FEEL your pain, loneliness and your sorrow.
You and me are connected more than you are aware and by the way I work with men too, jews, christians, muslims, atheists and agonistics, those who doubt their faith are actually the best fit for me as your relationship with God you want to work with but you didn't find anyone experienced enough to do that and weirdly enough you are a spiritual guide yourself so you cannot seek help from the community you are in because they will judge you.
Yes the reflective space Adventure is for you.... Especially for you!

Because I want to BEAT Burnout!

It's simple as that.

Burnout effects so many individuals.

In so many professions
In EVERY industry.

However when you beat burnout and there are several ways to do that your life changes dramatically, RAPIDLY and PERMANENTLY!

And since the pandemic it's on the rise because we spend so much more time online and although we are the most connected generation connecting to others on the other side of the world due to technology we are also the most disconnected generation due to technology.

Now many don't recognise early signs and symptoms of burnout but when you do you can prevent it.
These days we read so much information about this and that thinking we know, we understand but sometimes we need to listen to another story to really understand.

LISTENING requires slowing down and actually taking the time out and watching and listening to the story.

About Taniya Hussain

Taniya Hussain is a Coach, Consultant, Mentor and Healer. She qualified as a Social Worker in 1991 and as a Counsellor in 1993. She was born in Karachi and speaks fluent Urdu and English having lived in London since 1970.

She founded Taniya Hussain Coaching and Consultancy Services in January 2018 where she offers One to One and Group Coaching Programs to Individuals and Consultancy to Organisations on Youth Justice, Special Educational Needs, Muslim Diaspora, Inter-faith, Jewish Muslim Dialogue, Trauma, Gun and Knife-Crime.

Taniya fuses her Social Work and Therapeutic Training of Jungian and Winicottian Analysis with her Training and Study of Islamic Mysticism, Psychology, Law, History and Quranic and Hadith Sciences.

Over the years she has developed and forged a unique approach when working with Clients in crisis and chaos. She has an uncanny ability to build rapport with Clients and at the same time challenging them leading them to fight consistently for their dreams and what they value so they can find joy in all the areas of their lives.
