A White Stork found in western Scotland has been confirmed as a bird born in Sweden:

A White Stork found on an island in western Scotland has been confirmed as a bird born in Sweden. The bird was born at a nest in Scania, southern Sweden, this summer and was ringed on 14 June. It had since visited coastal Norway before flying across the North Sea to Scotland.
