🚨 Big win for common sense in the rental market.

The House of Lords just backed major amendments to the Renters’ Rights Bill — and for once, it’s a result that balances landlord protections and tenant rights.

✅Pet damage deposits allowed (finally, a practical alternative to forcing tenants into dodgy insurance schemes).
✅Student landlords protected from chaos — a critical fix if we want a functioning student housing market.
✅Letting agents now eligible for assured advice under the Tenant Fees Act — long overdue clarity that will stop good agents being penalised for “grey area” rules.

On Tuesday, we hosted our second Business Development Training session for three of our newest consultants – and what a day it was 💥

We created this model at Win Property because we know how challenging it can be trying to build a business alone, especially in the self-employed estate agency world.
