Happy Birthday to me 🎈

Carrying on the tradition of a birthday hike with a solo scramble up Stock Ghyll Waterfall and ticking off Wansfell Pike (43/214). Thankfully managed to admire the view before the heavens opened. Then warmed up with a pint once Angus finished work, and the sun came out ready for the drive home 😆 One of those typical autumnal days where the weather couldn't make up it's mind..

Northern lights in the back garden 🤯😍🩷💚

Having missed them in May I'm so happy I got to see them this time around (and quite shocked it was at home). The phone lens definitely makes it much clearer but we could see the faint pinks and greens with the naked eye too 🤩
