๐Ÿ“ฃ It's competition time ๐Ÿ“ฃ

We need your help to find a name for the Reader sculpture.

We asked artist Vik Westaway if Reader was a he or a she and whether it had a name.

"It hasn't got a name, I think that's up to others," she said.

So, we're leaving it up to others to decide!

Send in your suggestions to [email protected], by Wednesday 14 October, including your own name, and the winning name will be announced in our November edition of the magazine.

๐Ÿ’ญGet your thinking caps on, we look forward to hearing your ideas!

You can look forward to reading all about the top priorities of local residents and businesses who took part in our consultation exercise, Community Conversation, the exciting plans revealed for the future of the former Three Cups Hotel, for all those unable to make it to the public consultation event, and updates from Dorset Council.

In this edition, we also take a look back at a jam-packed summer, and the successes of both Regatta and Carnival Week, and Lifeboat Week, as well as looking towards the exciting autumnal events just around the corner ๐ŸŽƒ

Once again, there are contributions from groups and organisations across our community here in Lyme Regis, and we thank everybody for continuing to support this magazine.
