Jamie's Adventures I am an outdoor LOVER! I love getting out on the water or in the countryside and mountains. It also gives me great knowledge when on lifestyle creative projects.

Being an outdoor adventure enthusiast, and getting into nature as much as possible, helps my creative mind. Even though this isn’t my main occupation, I thought it important to add this to my site to show this side of my life. Being in the mountains and in nature capturing content greatly helps when you also have the clothing gear and terrain knowledge to do the job. However, I am in progress of g

aining more professional experience and working through Mountain Training qualifications. More info on that to come. It also relieves stress on high pressure creative jobs. Having a balance between the digital world and the natural world, makes me who I am.

Fjallraven Classic Germany - Day 3

Last day on the trail, and the weather has been much better! Blue skies and actually quite warm!

Still some quite steep ups and downs, but completely worth it for the views and a beautiful waterfall!

The whole trip has been a great adventure. Meeting and walking with likeminded people, chatting about other adventures and life in general. It’s been a tough few days but a great experience that I would highly recommend!

It was only the drive back to the UK that I had to do next!

Thanks I’ll be back for more next year :-)

Fjallraven Classic Germany - Day 2

Today was tough! We started in the rain (again), and walked up slowly to the highest point on the trip. Around 1600m.

Then it was down to camp. Very wet all over, and I wasn’t looking forward to drying my tent!

Time for some food and then sleep that was much needed!

Fjallraven Classic Germany - Day 1

We all started at 8am at Oberstaufen Park, with a nice short welcoming speech from the Fjallraven CEO.

Then the walking up hill started! And it felt like forever! A welcomed first checkpoint was needed!

Apart from a brief moment at the start, it didn’t stop raining! With cloud blocking any view we had of the mountains, which was a shame!

Getting to camp, it was still really wet. But in the tent I went ready for a bad nights sleep. BUT, then we all got evacuated!

Waiting for coaches to pick us all up and takes us all to a dry hall, people were tired, wet and hungry.
