Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCo), in partnership with NNPC Limited and co-venture partners, invites applications for the 2026 NNPC–SNEPCo Postgraduate Scholarship.
The scholarship supports one-year Master’s degree programmes at the University of Aberdeen and Newcastle University in the United Kingdom.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
👉🏽Display intellectual ability and leadership potential.
👉🏽Have an adequate standard of English (at least 6.5 in IELTS) and meet the university’s language requirements
👉🏽Have been offered admission to study one of the eligible courses
👉🏽Hold (or expect to hold before the scholarship begins) a degree equivalent to a UK Upper Second-Class Honours degree
👉🏽Have completed NYSC by September 2026
👉🏽Be a Nigerian resident in Nigeria
👉🏽Not have previously studied in the UK or other developed countries
👉🏽Be aged 21–28 years by 30 September 2026
Have a Nigerian international passport valid until December 2026
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship covers:
📌Full tuition fees
📌One economy return flight ticket between Nigeria and the UK
📌Contribution towards living expenses
📍Application Process
Apply for admission directly to one of the participating universities and eligible courses.
Scholarship applications become available after receiving a formal admission offer.
Universities will conduct interviews and nominate candidates.
Final selection will be conducted in collaboration with SNEPCo.
