🌱 At Oi! Cakes, I use only vegetarian ingredients! 🥕💚 Did you know some common decorating ingredients may come from animals or insects? Pink, purple, and red food colorings can be made from cochineal insects, glazes to give a shiny finish may contain shellac, and some sprinkles can include gelatin or confectioner’s glaze. Every baker has their own methods, but asking about ingredients can help you make conscious choices for you and your party guests.
